When the world ends, where do you go?

Five hundred years after the Earth was evacuated, fifteen-year-old Peter Russell awakes inside the Dome--a sealed world created to provide refuge for those left behind. While he's been in suspended animation, the world has changed around him. Everyone looks the same. Disabilities are nearly nonexistent. And the Dome is ruled by an insane scientist and the minions who worship him like a god.
